Hello and thank you for visiting my web site. I like to consider myself a modern woman, which means I do a variety of things. I am a jewelry maker, a Life Coach with a history in social service and business. I find that making NeckArt is my way of being creative in a more tangible fashion. As a Life Coach, I support individuals and women in groups through their transitions.
One long distance way I am pleased to help women is through the purchase of Kazuri beads for some of my jewelry. These beads are made by members of a women's cooperative providing support for dozens of women and their families.
Working with a variety of stones and natural substances reminds me, on a daily basis, of the strength and beauty of women and nature. My jewelry, like my personality, is not delicate. I prefer to make a statement and my jewelry adds color and energy to any outfit. Each piece is handmade and unique. Although I work with glass and metal, it is the variety in semi-precious stones that sparks my passion. The stones are endlessly different, strong and enduring, much like women. I feel that the variety of colors, fault lines and mixes of ingredients make each stone a wonder to be worn by a woman who has herself become a "one of a kind gift".
